Position Summary
Minerra Health delivers whole-person, longitudinal metabolic care across lifestyle, medication, and surgical pathways — partnering with health systems, employers, payers, brokers, and TPAs to drive measurable outcomes.
We are seeking an Implementation & Client Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end execution and performance of client deployments.
You will operate at the intersection of implementation, client success, and healthcare operations, responsible for:
- Turning signed agreements into live, high-performing programs
- Navigating real-world healthcare workflows (TPAs, providers, eligibility, patient pathways)
Core Responsibilities1. Implementation Ownership (Deal → Go-Live)
- Own end-to-end implementation across health systems, employers, and payer/TPA partnerships
- Translate contracts and discovery insights into executable implementation plans
- Build and drive structured onboarding timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (clinical, product, data, legal, marketing)
- Ensure operational readiness across all stakeholders prior to launch
2. Healthcare Operations Execution
- Translate employer benefit design and health system workflows into operational reality
- Work directly with TPAs on eligibility files, data exchange, and reporting alignment
- Resolve escalations across stakeholders
- Support implementation across lifestyle, medication, and surgical pathways
4. Structured Execution & Accountability
- Build and manage 30/60/90-day execution plans post-contract and post-launch
- Establish clear ownership across internal and external stakeholders (RACI)
- Lead recurring client and internal implementation meetings with strong follow-through
- Maintain risk tracking and mitigation plans
- Deliver clear, executive-level status updates focused on outcomes and blockers
5. Performance & Operational Continuity
- Track and report on key performance metrics:
- Enrollment and activation
- Engagement and retention
- Time-to-surgery / pathway progression
- ROI and operational impact
- Ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing account management
- Continuously refine implementation playbooks based on real-world learnings
Key Deliverables
- Client-specific implementation roadmaps and timelines
- Go-live readiness and launch validation
- Post-launch performance tracking and reporting
- Risk and escalation management frameworks
- Standardized, continuously improving implementation playbooks
RequirementsExperience
- 4–7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, client success, or implementation
- Experience working with health systems, payers, TPAs, brokers, or employers in the United States
- Proven ability to own client relationships and drive retention and performance
- Experience implementing SaaS or care delivery solutions in healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (patient journeys, claims, provider operations, or care coordination)
Skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and executive audiences
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured execution
- Clear and concise executive communication
Tools
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, CRM systems, and project tracking tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in health insurance, TPAs, or provider network operations
- Exposure to bariatric, metabolic, or value-based care programs
- Experience in client success, account management, or revenue ownership roles
Background in hospital operations, patient experience, or care navigation
