Experience
- Total: 8–12 years in the IT/software industry.
- Relevant: Minimum 3+ years managing implementation support and software product teams in maintenance mode.
- Must Have: Experience managing both development and support/implementation teams.
- Mandatory Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in IIS (Internet Information Services).
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance, troubleshooting).
- Good working knowledge of .NET framework and applications.
