Freelance E-Commerce Executive (Etsy Specialist)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing and growing Etsy stores. You will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, managing product listings, and driving sales through strategic e-commerce initiatives on Etsy. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Etsy store(s) Create and optimize product listings Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to ensure best practices Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production if applicable Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain excellent service Analyze store performance using Etsy analytics and provide regular reports Run Etsy Ads campaigns and manage budgets effectively Coordinate product launches, seasonal updates, and promotions Stay up to date with Etsy policies, trends, and algorithm changes Requirements: Proven experience managing an Etsy shop or similar e-commerce platform Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, advertising, and marketing tools Excellent written communication and product copywriting skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus Knowledge of analytics and e-commerce KPIs Nice to Have: Experience in product photography or editing Social media marketing knowledge (Pinterest, Instagram) Background in handmade, vintage, or digital product sales
