DURATION: 3 MONTHS (WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION/ABSORPTION)
STIPEND: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 PER MONTH (PERFORMANCE-BASED)
About Biocare Ventures LLP FlushSHE™ is an impact-led menstrual hygiene innovation by Biocare Ventures LLP, focused on creating fully flushable, microplastic-free sanitary pads that are better for women and the planet. As a founder-led early-stage venture, we are building at the intersection of sustainability, women’s health, and clean-tech innovation. You will work directly with the founder and get a front-row seat to how an impact startup is built from the ground up.
Who we are looking for
• Graduates / Post Graduates from any stream (Science, Commerce, Arts, Design, etc.)
who are:
• Curious about startups, social impact, sustainability, or healthcare.
• Comfortable with online research, social media, and basic documentation.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn by doing.
• Good written English and basic PowerPoint/Google Slides/Docs skills. • Bonus (nice to have, not mandatory):
What you will gain
• Interest in content creation, Canva, or basic design tools.
• Prior exposure to NGOs, CSR work, college fests, or startup clubs.
• Direct mentorship from the founder working on a real-world, patent-backed innovation.
• Hands-on exposure to impact-focused startup building – grants, CSR, market research, and communication. • Opportunity to contribute to a solution in menstrual hygiene and sustainability that actually matters.
• A certificate of internship, strong letters of recommendation for good performers, and potential absorption/extended role based on performance and company needs.
