ABOUT US
Minerva Impact is boutique strategy and implementation advisory firm working with startups, corporations, governments, think tanks, and NGOs, to develop policy and business solutions for creating transformative impact for India at-scale.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, social impact-driven intern who is passionate about filmmaking, research, and strategic communication. The broad responsibilities will include:
- Conduct thorough research on social impact and macro themes, and synthesize findings to communicate them effectively across visual and written mediums
- Handle end-to-end video editing and content creation for projects, brand building, and social media outreach
- Assist the team to develop creative briefs, storyboards, and videos for campaigns
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to storytelling and actively contribute to new initiatives
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational background in media, communications, filmmaking, journalism, or a related field (but strong hands-on skill set is prioritized over degree status)
- Demonstrated passion and interest in filmmaking, creative direction, strategic communications, and visual content development
- Strong proficiency and comfort with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, or equivalent) and latest AI tools (Claude, Canva AI)
- Solid research capabilities with the ability to articulate complex insights clearly
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Location: Gurugram, National Capital Region (NCR)
Mode: Full-time - In-person (this is not a remote opportunity, you must be available to work in NCR)
Duration: 1-3 months
Remuneration: INR 10,000-15,000 per month, based on experience
