About the role

THE IMPACT YOU WILL BE MAKING The role would require you to develop sophisticated products that add value to the client and result in new projects and revenue streams. Collaborate with the product development team to deliver functional solutions Identify customer needs and market gaps Writing user stories and developing wireframes Working with UI/UX designers to realize screen flows Test the products and record product defects effectively Identify product feature improvements Communicate defects/improvements to the product team and align the same with business goals Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines Develop marketing strategies and coordinate with the marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products Monitor and report on users' reactions after launching Conduct training sessions, create support and training documents for clients and stake holders. Support the Product Team in any capacity that the Product Manager requires WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C product experience as a Sr Business Analyst Experiences working on products in the retail domain Some level of proficiency in any product technologies Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills Strong analytical ability with an experience conducting market research Passion for design and usability Independent and pragmatic approach to building Strong technically: you understand how software is built, packaged, and deployed. Can do attitude, an influencer with good attention to detail Has an interest in pricing/price elasticity Knows/reads about shareholder wealth maximization, business strategies Great Product sense. He/she should be quickly able to say "as a user, this will definitely work/not work Good SQL knowledge, Tier 1 STEM Undergrad. MBA is not mandatory.
