The role requires end-to-end support to the product development and analytics services teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client delight. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, with a secondary focus on contributing to product development and improving workflows and processes. Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL and Excel; Python is a plus. Basic statistics knowledge is an added advantage. Understanding of database management, reporting, and analysis. Ability to prepare technical documentation such as product issue logs, user manuals, product release notes, and troubleshooting guides. Ability to work on complex, unique technical issues and research solutions through consulting and testing. Business Acumen: Basic knowledge in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools. Problem-Solving Skills: Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of issues. Ability for abstract problem-solving and ideation. Handle major collaborative efforts across departments for issue resolution and product design. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Strong stakeholder management abilities. Well-organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision. Highly motivated; able to work independently and in a team. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic background.
