At BlueSkyCSR, we work with nonprofits, foundations, and companies to figure out what’s really working on the ground, and what needs to change.
We do this by strengthening how evidence is captured, understood, and used; across impact assessments, SROI studies, research, and capacity building, so decisions aren’t just intuitive, but informed.
We’re looking for someone who can think deeply, write sharply, and stay curious across everything the social impact sector throws at them.
What you will do
This isn’t a “just analyze data” role.
- Work on real-world impact projects across education, livelihoods, gender, climate, and more
- Turn messy, on-ground inputs into clear, credible insights (yes, a lot of triangulation)
- Write tight, high-quality reports people actually want to read
- Present your work to clients ; from grassroots orgs to leadership teams
- Deep dive into what’s trending, what’s working, and what’s not in the social impact space
- Co-create research and thought pieces that add value beyond just one project
- Use AI tools smartly to move faster and think better
You will probably enjoy this if…
