</ul><div>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Reconstruction Coordinator</strong> to join our fast growing team! You will be making an impact each day by keeping our reconstruction projects organized and moving — so that our customers can get their homes and lives back as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>
</div><div>You are someone with meaningful experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field. You know how to manage multiple moving pieces without letting anything slip. You are familiar with permit processes, subcontractor scheduling, and vendor coordination. You have a genuine concern and ability to show empathy for our customers — when they may be having one of their worst days, you are at your best.<br><br>
</div><div>You are computer savvy and have experience with CRM systems and project management platforms. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are open to learning every day. Your experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction is a strong plus. You are outgoing, organized, and bring outstanding communication skills to every interaction.<br><br>

</div><div><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities — Reconstruction Coordination:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle</li>
<li>Assist the Rebuild Manager and Reconstruction Estimator & Project Manager with day-to-day project operations</li>
<li>Track and coordinate building permit applications, status updates, and required inspections with local municipalities</li>
<li>Schedule, coordinate, and confirm subcontractor and vendor visits across all project phases</li>
<li>Monitor project timelines and milestone progress; proactively flag delays or issues to the project team</li>
<li>Maintain organized project files, documentation, and communication logs in CRM and project management systems</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Assist with budget tracking — monitor vendor invoices, purchase orders, and project costs</li>
<li>Set deadlines and assign tasks to vendors and staff under the direction of the Rebuild Manager</li>
<li>Coordinate with mold remediation and water damage restoration teams for smooth project handoffs</li>
<li>Track and manage the reconstruction leads pipeline and vendor referral log</li>
<li>Adapt quickly to changing project demands and priorities</li>
</ul><div><strong>Secondary Responsibilities — Customer Service Support:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Answer incoming reconstruction customer calls — new leads and follow-ups</li>
<li>Document and intake new leads into CRM system</li>
<li>Schedule estimator routes, optimizing for geography and customer needs</li>
<li>Send contracts for customer signature and track execution</li>
<li>Create and maintain production folders and customer files</li>
<li>Perform estimate and project follow-ups, escalating to team members as appropriate</li>
<li>Track estimator sales activity and maintain sales sheet reporting</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by Owner and Operations Manager</li>
</ul><div><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or construction industries strongly preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with building permits, municipal inspection processes, and subcontractor coordination</li>
<li>Proficiency in CRM systems, project management platforms, and Google Suite / Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (We are a "communication company" that specializes in restoration!)</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a complex and sometimes quickly changing environment</li>
<li>Genuine empathy for customers and a customer-first mindset</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record pull</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED</li>
