Experience : Minimum 6 months ( Required in Immigration Industry)

Responsibility
Handle immigration queries professionally
Counsel clients for PR, Tourist Visa, Study Visa etc
Convert leads into successful closures
Follow-up with clients and maintain records
Coordinate with documentation & processing teams
Achieve monthly targets and ensure client satisfaction
Train and support junior consultants
Able to handle team
Able to achieve individual and team target
