Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Specialist located in Noida. The Immigration Specialist will manage immigration cases, provide consultancy on immigration policies, assist with visa and documentation processes, and ensure adherence to legal and procedural compliance. Responsibilities include advising clients, resolving immigration issues, and closely collaborating with both clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Immigration Issues, Global Immigration, and Visas
- Comprehensive understanding of Immigration Policy and related laws
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in a legal framework
- Impeccable communication and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and ensure compliance with regulations
- Degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in immigration consultancy or legal services is a strong advantage
