Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Immigration Specialist will guide clients through end-to-end immigration and visa processes, including eligibility assessment, documentation review, application preparation, and submission for study, work, and permanent residence pathways. Responsibilities include interpreting current immigration regulations and policies, advising clients on suitable programs and routes for countries such as Canada, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and others, and maintaining accurate case files and records. The role involves coordinating with internal counselors and case officers, tracking application progress, responding to client queries, and proactively communicating updates and next steps. The Immigration Specialist will also support information sessions, contribute to process improvements, and ensure that all applications comply with the latest country-specific rules and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and procedures, with the ability to analyze individual profiles and recommend appropriate pathways.
- Understanding of immigration policy and related law, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations in a practical, client-focused manner.
- Experience with global immigration processes, particularly for countries such as Canada, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
- Hands-on experience handling visas, including student, work, visit, tourist, and permanent residence applications.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, document management skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in immigration or visa counseling are an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and case-tracking systems; prior experience in an education, immigration, or overseas consulting environment is desirable.
