Immigration Specialist – US (Operations) Location - Bangalore and Hybrid 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH
About the Role
The Immigration Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various immigration petitions and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file H-1B petitions (Form I-129), extensions, amendments & transfer
- Manage LCA filings, Public Access Files, and DOL compliance
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and USCIS audit notice
- Guide employees through consular processing and I-94 compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and Procedure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
