Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Immigration Sales Executive with prior knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR) and Work Permit programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong sales skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments while providing transparent and professional consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Counsel clients regarding Canada PR, Australia PR, Europe Work Permit, UK Work Visa, UAE Work Permit, and other immigration programs.
- Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Explain the complete process, eligibility, documentation, timelines, and service fees.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation and case processing teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional consultation and timely follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Immigration Sales or Visa Consultation.
- Must have knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR) and Work Permit programs.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, Europe, UK, and UAE immigration programs.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
