Role Description The Immigration Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. In this position, the consultant engages with prospective clients, understands their immigration needs, and offers suitable visa and migration solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining program eligibility and application processes, conducting consultations, and maintaining accurate client records. The consultant will follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely submission of applications. The role also involves meeting sales targets, staying updated on immigration policies, and providing clear, ethical advice to clients throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct consultations, present solutions clearly, and build trust with diverse clients.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including lead management, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment.
- Analytical and organizational skills to assess client eligibility, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM or database systems to track inquiries, follow-ups, and client status.
- Knowledge or interest in immigration, visa processes, or international education and work opportunities (prior experience in immigration or overseas education consulting is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing regulations and client needs.
