We are looking for a result-driven Immigration Sales Consultant who can combine consultative advisory with strong closing skills.
This role involves:
- Handling warm + cold leads
- Conducting consultations
- Understanding client profiles
- Recommending the right immigration pathway
- Driving conversions through structured follow-ups
This is a target-based role suited for individuals who thrive in a high-performance, revenue-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email (cold + warm).
- Book and conduct detailed consultation sessions with prospects.
- Understand client profiles, eligibility, and goals.
- Recommend suitable immigration/visa programs: Canada PR, Germany Opportunity Card / Job Seeker, Australia PR, Student & Tourist Visas.
- Maintain strong follow-up cycles to convert prospects into paying clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs: Consultations booked, Consultations conducted, Conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in immigration sales or consulting
- Strong understanding of immigration pathways (preferred but not mandatory if quick learner)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable handling both cold and warm leads
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, and communication platforms
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented|
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA
- Incentives: Uncapped performance-based earnings
