Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role based in the Pune Division. The Immigration Sales Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration requirements, and recommend suitable visa and resettlement options. Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, explaining immigration processes and timelines, and preparing basic eligibility assessments in coordination with internal experts. The role involves managing leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The consultant will also support clients through documentation checklists, coordinate with the processing team, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting experience, with the ability to understand client needs and offer suitable immigration solutions.
- Proven Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution recommendation, and relationship building.
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a client-centric and empathetic approach.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex processes simply.
- Prior experience in immigration, overseas education, financial services, or related advisory roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working with targets, lead management tools, and basic MS Office or CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, consulting, or immigration services are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
