Documentation Management: Preparing, reviewing, and organizing complex legal documents, forms, and applications to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines. Compliance Monitoring: Keeping up-to-date with changing immigration laws, policies, and country-specific regulations. Communication: Acting as the liaison between clients and government agencies or authorities. Case Strategy: Developing customized immigration strategies for clients and guiding them through the entire immigration process. Support Services: Assisting with interview preparation and, in some cases, providing post-landing settlement support.
