Maintains and improves internal knowledge resources including templates, SOPs, checklists, and FAQs, ensuring content reflects current legal and procedural requirements across assigned jurisdictions
Contributes subject matter expertise to the development of AI-assisted workflows and internal tools, identifying inefficiencies and translating legal requirements into scalable, repeatable processes
Upholds quality and risk standards by reviewing work product, flagging procedural inconsistencies and case risks, and modeling strong judgment and operational discipline across the team
Monitors regulatory and policy changes within assigned jurisdictions, escalating compliance concerns and converting legal updates into practical day-to-day guidance for the broader team
