Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Consultant based in Chennai. The Immigration Consultant will assist clients with preparing and submitting immigration applications, advising on visa and immigration options, and navigating complex immigration laws and policies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal requirements, addressing immigration-related concerns, and providing personalized consultation to clients. The role also requires staying updated on global immigration regulations to deliver accurate and up-to-date guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Immigration Issues, Visa Processes, and Global Immigration trends
- Knowledge of Immigration Laws and policies, with experience in compliance and legal frameworks
- Expertise in Consulting clients and providing tailored immigration solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Previous experience in the immigration or legal consultancy industry is a plus
- Educational background in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage
