Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India. As an Immigration Consultant, you will handle client consultations on immigration matters, assist with the preparation and submission of visa and immigration applications, and provide guidance on legal and regulatory requirements. You will conduct research on global immigration policies, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and provide strategic solutions to meet client needs. Collaboration with clients, companies, and educational institutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in addressing Immigration Issues and providing solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of Visas and global immigration policies
- Knowledge of relevant legal aspects and regulations within the field of immigration law
- Strong Consulting skills with the ability to provide strategic immigration guidance
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Experience in global immigration services or related fields is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor's degree or certification in immigration law, international relations, or a related field
