Role Description The Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The individual in this role will advise clients on immigration options, eligibility requirements, and documentation for various visa categories and global immigration programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing application forms and supporting documents, maintaining accurate case files, and tracking application progress. The Immigration Consultant will communicate with clients regularly to explain procedures, timelines, and legal considerations, while ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and policies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying up to date with immigration regulations, and contributing to process improvements and client service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration processes, including rules, pathways, and documentation requirements.
- Experience working with various visa categories and related procedures for different countries.
- Understanding of applicable immigration law and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply legal information clearly.
- Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs, provide tailored guidance, and manage client expectations professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in an accessible manner.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with standard office software and case management or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or HR/placement consulting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate with diverse clients and colleagues.
