Job Description: Senior Immigration Specialist
Company: IMR Soft LLC | Location: Hyderabad | Work: 5 days WFO | Experience: 10+ Years
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end US immigration operations for a fast-paced IT staffing company. Independently manage H-1B Cap, PERM, Green Card processing, and all legal documentation with full USCIS/DOL compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- H-1B Cap Management: Full-cycle Cap registration, filing, amendments, transfers, and extensions
- PERM & Green Card: PWD, recruitment, I-140, I-485, and EB visa petitions
- Legal Documentation: Prepare/file petitions with USCIS/DOL; manage I-9, E-Verify, and audits
- Case Management: Handle high-volume caseload, RFEs, NOIDs, and complex strategies
- Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge employees, clients, legal counsel, and government agencies
- Advisory: Guide internal teams on immigration policies and regulatory updates
Requirements
- 10+ years US business immigration experience (IT staffing industry preferred)
- Deep expertise in H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, E-3, STEM OPT, and employment-based GCs
- Paralegal certification or legal background is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication
- Proficient in immigration software and MS Office
