Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Immigration Consultant located in Delhi, India. The Immigration Consultant will assist clients with immigration consultations, visa application processes, and provide expert guidance on global immigration issues. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, preparing and reviewing documents, staying current with immigration laws and regulations, and offering customized solutions to ensure the successful attainment of visas and permanent residency.
The Sales Consultant – Immigration is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding client migration goals, and converting inquiries into successful immigration consultancy agreements. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of immigration processes, and the ability to present services convincingly to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Consultation
- Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings to promote immigration services.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' immigration goals (study, work, PR, investor, family visa).
- Explain country-specific immigration processes (e.g., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA, Europe).
- Assess initial eligibility using pre-screening criteria and support in profiling.
📈 Sales & Conversion
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through effective lead follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Generate and close leads through walk-ins, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
- Advise clients on suitable visa options and promote high-value migration packages.
🤝 Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective and active clients to ensure long-term engagement and referrals.
- Provide timely updates on application status, changes in policy, or documentation needs.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay up to date with global immigration laws, policies, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams regarding client expectations and market competition.
- Submit sales reports, forecast pipelines, and provide insights on conversion ratios.
