Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Immigration Consultant. The consultant will assist individuals and businesses with immigration processes, including visa applications, document preparation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through immigration options, and liaising with relevant authorities or organizations to ensure smooth processing of applications. The role also demands staying updated with global immigration policies and providing expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Immigration Issues and providing Consulting services
- Knowledge of Visas, including work visas, permanent residency applications, and student visas
- Familiarity with Global Immigration laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of legal procedures related to immigration
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in immigration consulting or a related field is an asset
