Role Description The Immigration Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The consultant will advise clients on immigration pathways, assess eligibility, and recommend appropriate visa options tailored to their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining documentation requirements, preparing and reviewing applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and procedures. The role involves coordinating with clients throughout the application process, responding to inquiries, and providing status updates in a clear, professional manner. The consultant will also stay current on global immigration policies, contribute to internal knowledge resources, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes.
- Experience working with Visas across multiple categories and jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with relevant Law and regulatory frameworks affecting immigration.
- Demonstrated Consulting skills, including client assessment, advisory, and solution-focused communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling multiple cases and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with a diverse client base and team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field; specialized immigration certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an immigration consulting, legal, or visa processing environment is preferred.
