Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Design and Estimation Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing project estimations, conducting design reviews, coordinating with clients and vendors, and providing technical solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in BOQ preparation and expertise in Project Estimation
- Degree in Civil Engineering and understanding of construction materials and systems
- Strong Negotiation skills to maintain cost efficiency and effective stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Research to analyze project requirements and industry standards
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of fire and security systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant industry software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
