Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at NephroPlus, located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The position involves providing exceptional care and support to dialysis guests, ensuring their needs are met with a focus on maintaining a high level of customer service and healthcare standards. You will be responsible for maintaining quality in occupational health practices, promoting healthy lifestyles, and delivering top-notch service that contributes to enhancing the lives of individuals undergoing dialysis. Collaboration with the healthcare team to implement innovative practices and uphold the organization’s values will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address their needs effectively
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Medicine to maintain high standards of clinical care
• Experience in Health Promotion and understanding of patient lifestyle management to support dialysis patients in leading fulfilling lives
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff
• A positive and service-oriented attitude, aligned with NephroPlus values
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare field is preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially related to dialysis, will be advantageous
