- Strong experience into SAP Successfactor with Employee Central module
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Manage project planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global HR processes and local statutory requirements.
- Required EC Certification
