Agency Development Manager / Associate Agency Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
Recruit advisors/team members through social media and other sources
Train and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
Maintain and update sales reports to management
Handle field sales and team management activities
Experience
Minimum 1 years to Maximum 6 years experience
Qualification
Minimum 1.6 years of field sales experience is mandatory
Any Graduate
12th + Diploma candidates can also apply
Salary Package
3 LPA to 6 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
