Role Description The Immediate Joiners (Edtech Sales - 4 LPA + 4 LPA Variable) role at Organo Mart is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will engage prospective learners and parents, explain edtech products and features, and guide them through the enrollment and purchase process. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos or calls, following up via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role also involves meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, coordinating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. The position requires a proactive approach to building relationships, handling objections, and delivering a positive customer experience from first contact to conversion.
Qualifications
- Core carpentry skills, including Carpentry and Finish Carpentry, to demonstrate strong hands-on ability and precision in work.
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and Power Tools to safely and effectively perform tasks requiring technical skill and attention to detail.
- Experience in Framing and related structural work to support projects that demand accurate measurement, alignment, and assembly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills suited to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in sales, edtech, or consumer products is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background or training in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
