Role: ServiceNow CRM & FSO Developer (App Engine | Integrations | ATF)
Location: Hyderabad (5 days Work from office)

JD:
Works with the ServiceNow platform to design, code, and troubleshoot applications.
Plays a crucial role in managing the platform and infrastructure, including architectural changes, integrations, and new module implementations.
Ensures the functionality of the platform’s customizable and integrative features by designing and developing configurations that meet specific business needs.
Formulates and implements QA methods including planning and executing unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Analyzes, troubleshoots, resolves, and reports issues to identify and address system inefficiencies.
Determines IT best practices and improves existing methods to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Works closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions, requiring strong technical and interpersonal project management skills.
Core ServiceNow development experience.
Application publishing experience.
Database experience.
CI CD pipeline experience.
Playbooks and integrations experience.
Experience with third party connections through APIs primarily REST APIs.
Client Notes:
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, playbooks and workflows (FSO and CRM )
(This is a MUST HAVE – much of this person's time will be on this) Build and maintain scoped applications using App Engine, including App Publishing to the application repository, packaging, versioning, and promotion across dev/test/prod instances. Include Git repository experience
Define, build, and maintain ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites for custom apps and configurations, integrating ATF into CI/CD and regression testing.
Implement and support integrations with upstream/downstream banking systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and standard platform patterns.
Collaborate with onshore product and engineering teams in an Agile model (stand ups, backlog refinement, code reviews), providing clear communication and documentation across time zones.
