Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our marketing and admissions process.
Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/Customers
- Explain courses and services clearly
- Handle inquires and follow-ups
- Maintain call records and update data
- Convert leads into admissions
- Support basic marketing and promotional activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two/ Any degree
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & Basic English)
- Confidence in speaking over phone
- Basic computer knowledge
