F&A Data Management Analyst | MDM | Data Governance & Reporting | SQL | ERP SAP
Location:
Bangalore
Experience:
7–12 Years
Salary:
Up to 20 LPA
Notice Period:
Immediate to 30 Days
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Background Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end Finance & Accounting data management initiatives
- Establish Data Governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards
- Manage F&A master data domains including GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Cost Centers, Vendor & Customer Master
- Lead data quality monitoring, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation
- Support Quarter-End financial close and reporting readiness
- Collaborate with CFO office, Finance, ERP, BI, IT, and Data teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS/GAAP, audit, and governance standards
- Manage metadata, master data governance, and data lineage activities
Required Skills:
✅ Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
✅ Data Governance / Data Quality / Master Data Management (MDM)
✅ SAP / Oracle / Workday / Microsoft Dynamics ERP exposure
✅ SQL, Data Profiling, ETL / ELT concepts
✅ Collibra, Informatica Axon, Ataccama, Alation, Microsoft Purview
✅ Power BI / Tableau / SAP Analytics Cloud exposure
Preferred:
- Immediate Joiners
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Commerce background preferred
- Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CDMP are an added advantage
