Radio System Engineer

We are seeking a talented Radio System Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art wireless communication systems, ensuring their reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze system requirements and design innovative radio system architectures - Develop and optimize radio transceiver circuits and signal processing algorithms - Validate system performance through simulation, prototyping, and field testing - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radio systems into larger applications - Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless communication technologies and trends Requirements: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field - Extensive experience in radio frequency (RF) circuit design, signal processing, and wireless system development - Strong background in wireless communication protocols, modulation schemes, and antenna design - Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ADS) and test equipment - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
