About the role

As an ETF Pricing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational side of one of our US overnight trading desks. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and investigate data to ensure we make the most informed and strategic trades. This role will start off in Amsterdam and could move to London end of year. In this role you'll collaborate closely with our teams in both Europe and the US. Shortly after onboarding in Amsterdam you'll travel to our Chicago office to work alongside your US-based colleagues, deepening your understanding of the desk's operations and building strong connections with the team before returning to your primary location. Your Core Responsibilities: Monitor, develop, manage and update pricing tools Liaising between traders, the data engineering and mid-office team Support the market making trade book Verify backend processes (trade and PnL reporting) Third-party management with data providers and ETF issuers Your Skills and Experience: Academic background in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, physics or econometrics) Experience with coding in Python Strong quantitative skillset Interest in financial markets although experience is not required Analytical, detail-oriented, resilient and able to act quickly Able to multi task, organize and communicate effectively
