About the role

The Group Product Manager leads a product team working on a group of products or user experiences from concept to launch. This position acts as both a coach and a player, overseeing and managing a product team while also contributing to the work of the product team as needed. Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Product Management Director Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $117,438 and $150,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions. Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote. If you live in the Phoenix/Tempe area, a hybrid-remote work schedule would be required. Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 20% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months. A high degree of technical fluency. Demonstrated experience as team lead or manager. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasive abilities, effective listening, diplomacy and tact, and collaboration. Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to effectively multi-task while meeting deadlines. Strategic ability to anticipate future opportunities and consequences and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work. Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment. Willingness and ability to travel as needed, up to 20%.
