Catalog & AI Product Imagery Specialist
Remote | On-Demand | E-commerce Catalog Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog & AI Product Imagery Specialist to support our catalog operations team during high-volume product launches and catalog expansion cycles.
This role combines AI-based product image generation, image enhancement, and marketplace-ready catalog preparation.
You will work closely with our cataloging and merchandising teams to ensure high-quality product images and structured catalog data for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
This is a freelance / on-demand role, where work will be assigned during catalog spikes and product launch cycles.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Based Product Image Creation
- Generate catalog-ready product images using AI tools and prompt engineering
- Create clean white-background or styled product images suitable for marketplace listings
- Maintain visual consistency across product variants
- Document effective prompts and workflows for repeatable execution
Image Enhancement & Optimization
Improve and refine product images through:
- Background correction and cleanup
- Lighting and color accuracy adjustments
- Garment detailing and visual clarity
- Resolution optimization (PMR / marketplace standards)
- Preparing images according to marketplace image guidelines
Catalog Preparation & Data Alignment
Support catalog operations by assisting with:
- Parent–child variation structuring
- Attribute alignment across product variants
- Organizing image libraries and file naming conventions
Workflow & Productivity
- Handle 50-60 product image workflows per day when required
- Maintain organized folder structures and version control
- Perform self-quality checks before submission
- Coordinate with catalog and merchandising teams
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Familiarity with AI image generation tools, such as:
- Nano Banana or similar tools
- Strong prompt-writing ability
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
Soft Skills
- close attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes
- Reliable delivery under deadlines
- Self-driven and accountable
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal
- Exposure to fashion/apparel catalogs
- Experience with bulk catalog uploads
