Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Image Reconstruction Engineer. The engineer will design, develop, and optimize advanced image reconstruction algorithms for MRI systems. Responsibilities include the creation, testing, and refinement of imaging software, implementing algorithms to improve image quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance innovation in imaging performance. The role also involves analyzing data to troubleshoot and refine reconstruction techniques, while staying updated on trends and advancements in imaging technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in image reconstruction algorithms, computational imaging, and signal processing, specifically in the context of MRI technology.
- Strong software development skills, including programming expertise in languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB, and experience with scientific computing libraries.
- Understanding of medical imaging principles and standards, with experience working on imaging systems or related technologies being advantageous.
- Analytical and research skills to evaluate and validate reconstruction techniques and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the medical device domain, particularly imaging systems, is a plus.
