Backend Developer - C#

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance backend services that power our applications. You will work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create robust solutions that meet business requirements. Your responsibilities - You work as a Software Engineer on diverse and innovative projects centered around IMA Schelling products. - You contribute to the delivery of high-quality software to ensure sustainable IT products. - In an agile team, you contribute your ideas and work together to enhance our solutions, surpassing customer needs. - You refine the requirements in collaboration with the product owner during product refinement meeting. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. - Develop APIs, web services, and microservices to ensure smooth integration with front-end applications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Create unit tests of the written code. Your profile - You have successfully completed a degree in software engineering or a comparable field of study. - You have gained minimum 3+ years of professional working experience with C# (.NET core framework) in software development. - You possess experience in designing and utilizing web services with modern interfaces (OpenAPI, REST). - You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum. - Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading concepts. - You have also worked with non-relational database systems such as MongoDB would be plus. Hands-on experience with microservices (Docker) and continuous integration/build management (Azure DevOps) would be plus. - You exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a passion for working with new technologies. - Your proficiency in both written and spoken English will be a valuable addition to our team
