Job details:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our design team. The ideal
candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to translate concepts, briefs, and ideas into
compelling illustrations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create original illustrations for advertising campaigns, digital media, social media, print, and
brand collaterals
• Interpret creative briefs and develop illustration styles that match brand tone and campaign
requirements
• Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, copywriters, and account teams
• Adapt illustrations for multiple formats and platforms (digital, print, OOH, etc.)
• Revise and refine artwork based on internal and client feedback
• Maintain consistency in visual style across projects while exploring new creative approaches
• Manage timelines efficiently to meet project deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as an Illustrator (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustration work across digital and print formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools
• Good understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work in multiple illustration styles as per project needs
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience working with advertising or branding projects
• Basic understanding of motion design or storyboarding
• Knowledge of current design and illustration trends
• Ability to conceptualize and create illustrations from scratch, including hand sketching and
rough visual exploration before final execution
