Role OverviewWe are looking for a junior Illustrator & 2D Animator based in Hyderabad to join our e-learning design team.
In this role, you will create engaging visuals, illustrations, and basic animations for interactive training modules, storyboards, and digital learning content.
You will work closely with instructional designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and participate in regular feedback and review cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Create illustrations, graphics, and basic 2D animations based on storyboards
- Support development of characters, backgrounds, and infographics
- Collaborate with instructional designers and internal teams
- Revise designs based on feedback to maintain consistency and quality
- Participate in team discussions and review sessions
Required Skills & Tools- Basic to intermediate proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- After Effects / Adobe Animate
- Understanding of:
- Illustration fundamentals
- Basic 2D animation principles (timing, keyframes)
- Graphic design basics (layout, color, typography)
- Awareness of AI tools (preferred, not mandatory):
- Image: Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva
- Video/Audio tools (basic exposure is enough)
Experience- 0–3 years in illustration, graphic design, or 2D animation
- Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply
📍 Location Requirement- Must be based in Hyderabad
- Open to hybrid work model
- Immediate joiners preferred
Portfolio Requirement- Portfolio showcasing:
- Illustrations / graphics / animations
- Academic or internship projects are acceptable
- Include 2–4 sample works (if fresher, even personal projects are fine)
Salary- ₹3–4.5 LPA (based on skills and portfolio)
Nice to Have (Optional)- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or Procreate
- Interest in e-learning or instructional design
- Exposure to AI-based design tools
