Dentist (BDS/MDS)

**Skills: ** BDS, Orthodontics, Dentistry, non clinical, prosthodontist, dental, * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Offer expert consultation to prosthodontists and general dentists in complex cases. * Regular coordination with different department * Any other duties as required by the Management from time to time. * Resolving the complaints received from doctors with the team. * Need to call and coordinate with Doctors, Sales team and Lab for smooth operations. * Monitor & Listen to team members call, give feedback and resolve any issues related to complex cases. * Identifying and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. * Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. * Should be comfortable working in only Non Clinical role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask * Excellent Time management * Mon to Sat working.
