Job Summary

This is a summer position (May-August) and involves assisting in organizing utility bills and meter data and inputting information into spreadsheets as required to allocate utility charges. Position also involves running reports in various programs.

General office duties include:
- Assisting Data Analyst with utility projects
- Copying
- Maintaining files
- Other tasks as assigned

The Office Assistant must have an attention to detail & accuracy when complining reports.

Pay Rate

$15.00/hour

Required Qualifications

- Applicant must be proficient with the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and the knowledge of Excel in general.
- Applicant must have a reliable history of employment attendance.
- Applicant must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

-Accounting and/or Business Analytics background desired.

Work Hours

20 hours per week. Office hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Specific schedule will be determined based on availability.

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
-Effectively communicate on a daily basis.
-Remain at a workstation for extended periods.
