You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to define and execute AI/ML strategies aligned with the organization's goals.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust AI/ML architectures and solutions- Design and develop scalable and maintainable AI/ML systems, leveraging the latest technologies and frameworks- Optimize model performance, ensure model accuracy, and mitigate biases and risks- Collaborate with data engineering and software engineering teams to integrate AI/ML components into end-to-end solutions- Document and communicate technical designs, implementation plans, and operational processes- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, techniques, and best practices and drive continuous improvement- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI/ML development and deployment- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the AI/ML practice at iLink Digital
