About the role

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a creative and analytical rockstar to become our next Growth Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will support end-to-end growth strategy for your product’s paid acquisition marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will own the creative pipeline, drive data-driven experimentation, and optimize campaigns at scale.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the growth strategy for select IL MAKIAGE products across acquisition marketing channels, with a strong focus on paid social—as well as other online and offline channels (podcasts, YouTube, direct mail, TV, etc.).
  • Manage execution of campaigns, including creative development, asset creation, ad operations, optimization, and results analysis.
  • Lead the end-to-end creative development process for paid social ads, including ideation, asset development, creative briefs, mockups, copywriting, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, including video editors and the production team, to develop a strong pipeline of high-performing video ads.
  • Manage end-to-end creator partnerships, including briefs, contracts, rate negotiations, content approvals, and invoicing.
  • Conduct ongoing industry research and content analysis to identify emerging trends and drive creative innovation.
  • Monitor KPIs and own reporting to identify trends, analyze results, and communicate campaign performance to the broader team and senior leadership.
  • Leverage results to make data-driven recommendations and develop iterations to optimize campaigns.
  • Spearhead revenue growth and creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization, and on-site growth tactics.
  • Work with internal Product and Data Science teams to support conversion rate and funnel optimization efforts and testing.
  • This role reports to a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing.



WHO YOU ARE

  • BA/BS degree (completed or expected in 2025) in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top university.
  • Experience in growth marketing, paid social, A/B testing, creative strategy, and/or content creation is a major plus.
  • Creative and analytical thinker: equal parts right-brained and left-brained, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for what performs on social; able to translate performance insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong desire to join a disruptive, high-growth consumer brand and pursue a career in marketing.
