Job Description
Iksha Labs is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building cutting-edge technology products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, strategy development, and cross-functional team leadership. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Define key performance metrics and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and new product initiatives.
- Ensure seamless product launches by working with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Drive innovation and process improvement across product development cycles.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of handling successful product launches.
- Strong leadership experience with a history of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of AI, Mixed Reality, or SaaS products is a plus.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
