Role Description
This is not a desk job.
This is a deeply immersive, high-ownership role where you will:
- Design and implement learning progams based on IKS
- Bring IKS alive through assemblies, classrooms, events, and school culture
- Work closely with school leadership, teachers, parents, and students
- Anchor and execute meaningful, long-term initiatives (not one-time workshops)
- Serve as the bridge between Vyūha and the school ecosystem
Who This Role is For?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2–3 years of experience in K-12 education
- Understands the rhythm of schools and enjoys working within it
- Can execute with ownership, not just ideate
- Is a strong communicator and relationship builder
- Has a genuine interest in Indian Knowledge Systems
- Most importantly, sees education as a sādhana, not just a profession

Qualifications
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in content development, curriculum design, or educational program planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with and a deep interest in Indian Knowledge Systems and educational innovation
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies for remote and in-office collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Humanities, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an advantage
