We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused IIT-JEE / NEET Product Manager who can take complete ownership of the product, academics, student journey, platform management, and business growth of the IIT-JEE and/or NEET vertical.
Role Overview:
The IIT-JEE / NEET Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product end-to-end, including academics, content execution, app and dashboard management, student engagement, marketing coordination, sales alignment, operational execution, and overall growth of the segment.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the IIT-JEE and/or NEET ecosystem, student preparation behavior, curriculum planning, test series structure, and EdTech product execution. The candidate should be capable of driving cross-functional coordination and ensuring high-quality learning experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the IIT-JEE and/or NEET product and drive its overall growth, execution, performance, and student outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end academic planning, content execution, scheduling, quality checks, uploading, and delivery for classes, assignments, tests, practice modules, study planners, revision content, and mentorship initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with faculty, content, marketing, tech, operations, sales, and student support teams to ensure seamless execution of the product.
- Oversee app and dashboard management, ensuring smooth functioning, structured content flow, student accessibility, timely updates, and a strong learning experience.
- Work with the tech team for the implementation of product features, issue resolution, dashboard improvements, and optimization of student engagement journeys.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, webinars, launches, student acquisition strategies, branding initiatives, and conversion-focused activities.
- Work alongside the sales team to improve product understanding, communication flow, conversion strategies, pricing structures, and student onboarding experience.
- Monitor key business and academic metrics, including enrollments, retention, engagement, app usage, student satisfaction, academic performance, and revenue growth.
- Analyze student behavior, competitor products, market trends, and feedback to continuously improve the product and learning ecosystem.
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables while maintaining quality standards, operational efficiency, and student satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in EdTech or competitive exam preparation segments.
- Strong understanding of the IIT-JEE and/or NEET ecosystem, preparation methodologies, student psychology, curriculum flow, and test structures.
- Prior experience in handling IIT-JEE/NEET products, academic operations, or learning platforms will be highly preferred.
- Excellent project management, execution, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive accountability across functions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership responsibilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LMS/app dashboard management.
- Understanding of online student engagement and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of academic content workflows and test series management.
- Familiarity with EdTech growth funnels and student lifecycle management.
- Experience working with large-scale student communities.
