About the role

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented 'Programmatic Account Manager' to join our Marketplace Success Team. This role requires a strong blend of programmatic yield optimization expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue across a portfolio of programmatic demand partners, including large DSPs and SSPs, troubleshooting programmatic technology issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of integration, optimize performance and maximize returns for clients.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations, onboarding and optimizations of SSP and DSP demand clients, ensuring world-class customer service
  • Proactive in optimizing the demand accounts and providing timely feedback to the partners to increase the yield
  • Troubleshoot ad technology-related issues such as SSP/DSP integration failures, data discrepancies in revenue and impression reporting, latency or timeout errors in ad serving, and violations of brand safety filters or blocked content categories
  • Ensure timely execution of technical integrations Generate and analyze monetization reports to identify revenue opportunities, optimize ad yield strategies, and provide competitive insights to support internal teams and client decision-making
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and maximize returns for all stakeholders


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a client servicing role and proven experience in managing and growing programmatic relationships
  • Strong understanding of Header Bidding, oRTB protocol, RTB/PMP
  • Experience working with multiple SSPs, custom Prebid Wrappers, and various ad formats/ad platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Macros)
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets to track performance trends and identify anomalies
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a small team environment
  • Logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar
  • Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo


*This is remote job opportunity with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore.
